This report provides a comprehensive view of unscheduled care activity, including monthly performance and cumulative totals, and should be used as the primary source for validating and reconciling unscheduled care delivery.
Providers are encouraged to ensure that appropriate members of their team are familiar with this report and are using it routinely to review activity levels and support payment processes.
